Group Career Workshops

Group Career Workshops are offered to a group of students in grade X to XII usually in a school setting. The program covers career education, assessment of aptitudes and interests, exploration of careers, development of career options and educational plans. 

 

Duration & Number:

 

The workshop spans over about 7 hours of duration. The program includes a 1 hour career education workshop for parents of the participating students. Workshops are organized in line with the school time schedules in consultation with school. The minimum required number of students for the Group workshop is 20 (and maximum 35). 

 

Specific Outcomes:

 

The workshop aims at equipping students with skill sets to make informed decision about thier future career and systematically plan their educational path. At the end of the workshop participants would be able to:

 

  • Identify thier career aptitudes and interests

  • know the steps to make career decision systematically

  • Learn about various careers, eligibility, and qualifications

  • Learn about how to gather information related career planning

  • Develop career options best suited to their aptitudes and interests

  • Develop educational path related to their career options.

 

The workshop will aid students in Grade X to plan thier stream of study in Grade XI & XII and students in XI & XII to identify the right courses for thier career options. The workshops are activitiy based and whenever required personalized attention is given to participants. Personalised career report is prepared and send to the school within four weeks of the workshop.
