Vijo Kanattu Jose is an experienced Career Psychologist with 8 years of experience exclusively in career consultation / counselling service and management of career counselling projects. He meets about 2000 students and their parents for career consultation / career planning in groups and individual sessions yearly. He is a Master trainer on counselling skills and trained about more than 250 counsellors, school teachers and youth workers in India and abroad. He has headed career counselling projects and training for governmental & non-governmental organisations like SCERT (State Council of Educational Research and Training) Delhi, Technoserve, USAID, CTA (Central Tibetan Administration), etc.  He has played critical role in developing teaching-learning materials for career facilitators and building career information systems in the Indian context. He had been part of the research team to develop psychometric tests which has been developed to have extreme levels of accuracy and has been successfully attempted by more than 30,000 students.
